Bhaavin Doshii

The captain of the ship is Bhaavin Doshii. Academically, he holds a degree in Chartered Accountancy (C. A.), but the world of Real Estate interested him more than anything else for him to make a career in it. In the initial years of his practice as a Real Estate Agent, he realised the business is predominated by traditional brokers and the methods used by them can be obsolete and frustrating at times. That’s when he realised the need for a process-driven Real Estate Consulting rather than Hard Selling. This is exactly why he ventured out to start ‘Housing Kafe’.
